The 1-ton Rail Flat Car in the picture is a piece of transportation equipment customized by us for a customer in the foundry industry in Hunan. It features a suspended design and runs precisely along a preset track, providing an ideal solution for material transportation in the customer's foundry workshop.

During the initial communication phase, our technical team visited the customer's production site to thoroughly assess the workshop layout, the height of the raw material furnace, and the actual passage width. Leveraging our rich industry experience, we quickly formulated an effective solution. This design accommodates the synchronous transportation of feeders and ingredients while ensuring smooth passage through the workspace—without disrupting the operation of other equipment.

Although the transfer cart load capacity is only 1 ton, our manufacturing process adheres to strict load-bearing standards. The frame is constructed from Q235 high-strength steel, and our professional welders and assembly team ensure high reliability. Operators can control the transfer cart using either an on-board handle or a wireless remote control, enabling forward/backward movement, starting, and stopping with ease.

The primary function of this Custom Transfer Cart is to transport material handlers and ingredients, driving accurately to the top of the raw material furnace along the preset track. When ingredients need to be added, the cart stops steadily at the designated position, allowing workers to complete the task efficiently. After loading, it returns flexibly to its starting point.
