A large flour mill in Jiangsu province needed to transport its heavy-duty noodle presses across multiple locations due to capacity expansion. Each press weighs 8 tons and must be moved through the flour production area, which has high dust levels. Furthermore, the transport route required extremely stable and safe operation. Traditional transfer carts were prone to steering inflexibility and posed significant safety risks, making them unable to meet these transportation requirements.
To address the flour mill's specific needs, we customized a 10-ton hydraulic steering transfer cart. This cart offers significant advantages: its hydraulic steering system ensures smooth and reliable operation, allowing precise directional control even when fully loaded, thereby effectively preventing the risk of collisions caused by steering failure.
Considering the dusty environment and safety risks inherent in flour mills, our transfer cart is equipped with an explosion-proof motor to eliminate potential hazards and ensure operational safety. They operate quietly and stably on the workshop's concrete floor, preventing shaking caused by wheel issues during transport.
