Hello, everyone. I'm Abby from Peisa Machinery. I'm very happy to share with you the two heavy-duty transfer carts we recently customized for a Brazilian customer. This project took 45 days from the initial customer consultation to order delivery. Now, our products have arrived at the customer's workshop site.

These two rail transfer carts are equipped with 300Ah 48V large-capacity battery packs, which can operate effectively for 6–8 hours, meeting the customer's transportation needs for various steel structure workpieces and molds across different workshop processes. The biggest advantage of these battery packs is their low maintenance requirement. You only need to monitor their operating status regularly, making later maintenance simple and convenient for the customer.

We fitted the carts with φ350 wear-resistant polyurethane solid wheels, which fit closely with the track. The overall operation is smooth, without noticeable bumps, ensuring material safety to a great extent. However, we must remind customers that since this is a track-based product, it's essential to regularly clean debris or steel slag from the track to avoid affecting the equipment's performance and service life.

To ensure stability during transportation, we installed a detachable tooling frame on the transfer cart's platform. It can be attached when transporting coiled materials like steel coils to prevent safety risks caused by shifting or sliding. When transporting long steel bars, the frame can be removed, allowing for more efficient handling of different materials.

This successful delivery was made possible by efficient communication between our sales team and the customer, as well as the customer's trust in us. We carefully analyzed the customer's needs and configured the product flexibly according to their working conditions to ensure transportation efficiency.
