20 Ton Trackless Transfer Cart For Transporting Coiled Cables

This 20-ton Trackless Transfer Cart is designed to transport finished coiled cables indoors and outdoors in customer workshops. Its platform measures 3000×5000×600 mm and can carry eight finished cable coils at a time, providing reliable material transportation support for workshop operations.

The cart is hydraulically driven and equipped with a powerful power system, ensuring smooth and efficient performance. The platform is constructed from 10 mm thick steel plates, maintaining excellent load-bearing capacity even under heavy loads. At Peisa Machinery, we offer customizable tonnages ranging from 1 to 500 tons, allowing for flexible solutions based on customer requirements.

As shown in the image above, the device features an audible and visual alarm to alert nearby personnel during operation. It also includes an emergency brake and scanning radar for operational safety. If an obstacle or pedestrian enters the safe distance range, the Coil Transfer Cartwill automatically stop and only resume operation when it is safe to do so.

Operators can choose between a wireless remote control and an onboard joystick to control forward/reverse movement, turning, speed adjustment, and start/stop functions. Clearly labeled buttons ensure easy operation without complicated procedures. Our transfer cart maneuvers effortlessly within complex workshop layouts, adapting seamlessly to industrial environments.
