Recently, our company completed commissioning and acceptance tests, officially delivering three 20-ton industrial transfer carts to a large machinery manufacturing company in Hebei Province. This delivery injects new momentum into the production and transportation operations of its three plants. The equipment includes two rail transfer carts and one trackless transfer cart each customized for the customer's specific production scenarios to precisely match the transportation needs of different workshops and storage areas.

This customer, a veteran in the machinery industry with three large-scale production plants, has extremely high requirements for material transportation stability, load capacity, and flexibility. To meet these needs, our company equipped their processing and assembly workshops with rail transfer carts:

1.The rail transfer cart in the processing workshop enables precise movement of heavy parts between machine tools and inspection areas, ensuring a seamless workflow.

2.The rail transfer cart in the assembly workshop transports large semi-finished products across multiple workstations, significantly reducing manual handling costs and safety risks.

3.The trackless transfer cart primarily serves the warehouse area. With its flexible steering and reliable endurance, it efficiently handles the loading and unloading of finished products and incoming raw materials, addressing multi-channel and multi-node transportation challenges in the warehouse.

From the outset of our collaboration, our technical team conducted on-site visits to plan transport routes based on production processes. We then meticulously optimized the transfer carts' load-bearing structure, braking system, and control mode to ensure seamless integration with the customer's existing production system. After the equipment arrived, our installation and commissioning team completed all work and operator training within just three days, enabling swift operational deployment.

This delivery marks a significant milestone in our partnership and further demonstrates our company's expertise in providing transportation solutions for the machinery industry.
