Functional Debugging of 4-Wheel Steering Transfer Cart

Recently, to ensure the 4-Wheel Steering Transfer Cartcustomized for a Dutch customer leaves the factory in optimal condition, we conducted comprehensive final functional debugging before shipment. This process verified product quality across multiple dimensions, from core performance to safety features.transfer cart.

Trackless Transfer Cart

The debugging focused on the Material Transfer Cart's critical operational capabilities. First, a straight-line driving test ensured the vehicle maintained a stable trajectory during long-distance transfers through precise calibration, preventing deviations that could affect operational efficiency. Next, no-load and loaded tests were conducted to verify operational smoothness under no-load conditions and to assess power output and load-bearing stability under full load, simulating reliability in real-world operational scenarios.

Regarding steering—a key advantage—we conducted two-wheel and four-wheel steering tests, repeatedly verifying control flexibility in different modes. This ensured the cart could achieve precise steering even in confined spaces, meeting the customer's complex operational requirements. Furthermore, to guarantee structural safety, the wheels and other key components were meticulously inspected for potential risks such as wear and looseness, ensuring the equipment's operational integrity.

Safety testing was equally rigorous. A 3° uphill test verified the Trackless Transfer Cart's power and braking performance on slopes, preventing rollaway risks. Testing the infrared stop-on-person feature was critical. By simulating a person approaching, we evaluated the infrared sensing system's sensitivity to ensure immediate stopping, protecting both personnel and equipment.
