After 3 months of communication, our company customized an Automated Transfer Cart specifically designed for high-intensity container handling scenarios. Its key features are as follows:

1.Magnetic Stripe Navigation + Helm Wheel Steering 

The Transfer Cart is equipped with a high-sensitivity magnetic stripe navigation system (positioning accuracy: ±10mm), it adapts to the port's complex ground environment. The multi-steering wheel system enables 360° flexible turning with a minimum radius of only 1.5 meters, allowing seamless movement in narrow yards.

2.Autonomous Operation Capability

Through preset programming, the cart can autonomously identify container locations for handling and perform fixed or multi-point docking. It seamlessly integrates with the customer's port system to achieve fully automated material loading and unloading.

3.Long Battery Life

The Container Transfer Cart uses rechargeable batteries with an automatic charging system. When battery levels drop below a set threshold, it automatically connects to the charging port, ensuring 24/7 continuous operation at the port.

The product has been in use for over 4 months. During this period, we maintained frequent communication with the customer to ensure the equipment delivers optimal container transfer performance.
