In April this year, we customized a specialized transfer cart—the Paint Booth Transfer Cart—for a customer at an automobile manufacturing plant in Zhejiang. This product is primarily used for transferring parts in the customer's paint booth. The customer faced the following challenges:

1.Traditional handling methods could not meet the evolving demands of the new energy cart manufacturing industry.

2.Ordinary transfer carts on the market lacked explosion-proof designs, posing significant safety risks.

3.Conventional transfer equipment could not deliver parts to the designated workstations with precision, leading to deviations in coating thickness and an increased defect rate.

Based on the customer's actual working conditions and the characteristics of the transported materials, we customized the Rail Transfer Cart with the following exclusive features:

1.Structural Design: Considering the limited space, we designed the product with a compact structure and adjustable clamps to ensure safe transportation.

2.Special Configuration: To address the unique environment, we equipped the cart with explosion-proof motors and sealed rail transfer components to meet operational requirements.
