On August 1, 2025, the first day of this month, we successfully delivered three Rail Transfer Carts to a customer in Jiangsu. Each unit has a rated load capacity of 20 tons and is used to transport raw materials and other goods between the customer's three workshops: the production area, the assembly area, and the loading and unloading area. Due to the customer's large-scale operations, a single unit would be inefficient, so deploying three units in separate areas significantly improves overall transport efficiency.

Initially, we recommended a trackless system, which offers greater flexibility and lower investment costs since it does not require rails. However, during discussions with the customer, we learned that the transport routes are relatively fixed and the loads are heavy, making stability a primary concern. After further evaluation, we decided to use three units to handle transportation between different workshops for optimal efficiency.

This batch of Industrial Transfer Carts features wireless remote control, including forward/reverse movement and start/stop functions. High-quality cast steel wheels ensure a secure fit with the rails, enhancing stability. We also optimized the vehicle's design during development, incorporating a low center of gravity and an anti-rollover mechanism to evenly distribute heavy loads and improve safety.
