30 Ton Industrial Rail Transfer Cart For Cable Reel Handling

This is a mid-May project from Peisa Machinery. The customer, a heavy machinery support equipment manufacturer in Hebei, purchased a 30-ton Rail Transfer Cart from our company primarily for transporting large cable reels in their manufacturing workshop. Since the material is rolled, its volume and tonnage are relatively large. The transfer cart is designed to work in close coordination with the workshop's lifting equipment to load and unload the material efficiently.

This product features a customized design. Notably, two rollers are installed on its tabletop, along with two steel-structured square fixtures on one side. These fixtures prevent the cable reel from slipping during transportation, securing it firmly to the tabletop. Additionally, this design facilitates easier loading and unloading.

The front of the Cable Reel Transfer Cart houses an electrical control box, and the operator can use the onboard handle to adjust direction (forward/backward) and speed. The high-quality cast steel wheels are precision-matched to the rails, ensuring stability during transportation and minimizing bumps. Furthermore, the cart is equipped with an advanced infrared obstacle detection system. If an obstacle or pedestrian enters the safety range, the transfer cart will automatically stop and resume operation only when the path is clear.
