This is a project for our Vietnamese customer. In April, the customer purchased five electric transfer carts from our company for square tube transportation in their two factories. The customer is a large steel tube manufacturer and primarily uses our equipment for material transfer inside and outside the workshop. Recently, they sent us some pictures as feedback.

The main feature of this product is its customizable countertop, which includes three detachable support frames on both sides to prevent the square tubes from slipping due to bumps or shaking during transportation. This design ensures material and operator safety to a certain extent. Additionally, the support frames are detachable, allowing the cart to transport other tools or materials when the frames are removed—enabling multi-purpose use.

For control, we use a wireless remote that operates within a 50-meter range. The interface is user-friendly, requiring minimal training. These transfer carts are equipped with durable polyurethane wheels, which provide excellent grip and extend the equipment's service life.

Safety features include LED warning lights, emergency braking, overload protection, and scanning radar for comprehensive protection. When an obstacle is detected within its operating range, the cart automatically stops and resumes only when the path is clear. The cart also has front and rear anti-collision buffer columns to minimize impact force in case of a collision, further protecting both the goods and operators.

As a professional industrial transfer cart manufacturer, we have provided customized solutions for over 3,500 customers worldwide, with flexible configurations tailored to specific needs. We believe the most ideal solution is one that best fits the actual working conditions and the customer's project budget.
