This is a custom project for a Canadian architectural model company specializing in indoor and outdoor applications. The cart is primarily used to transport precast concrete, and this project has some unique features. Let's take a brief look at it today.

The customer requires a 25-ton rail transfer cart. In their workshop, concrete formwork is pushed onto the transfer cart using a scissor lift and then stacked together. Once a certain quantity is reached, the transfer cart is operated via wireless remote control to enter a curing room with 100% humidity, where the concrete undergoes 24 hours of condensation. During this period, the equipment remains in the curing room until the next day, when it and the molds are moved out, emptied, and reloaded.

The most distinctive feature of this transfer cart is its operating environment—100% humidity. Ordinary handling equipment would not last long under such conditions, as it would easily rust and reduce overall efficiency. To address this, our industrial transfer cart features IP54 waterproofing to protect the internal electrical components from environmental damage. Additionally, the electrical box is built with thickened specifications and anti-rust treatment to ensure smooth operation.

The Industrial Transfer cart is equipped with two advanced 2.2 kW motors, providing strong power for seamless operation. Furthermore, the 400 mm LD wheels are precisely fitted to the customer's track system, preventing concrete spillage due to bumps during transportation. As per the customer's requirements, we use a high-quality, large-capacity 250 Ah battery pack, ensuring 4–5 hours of runtime.
