As a professional manufacturer of industrial transfer carts, Henan Peisa Machinery always adheres to the production philosophy of "safety first" and the business philosophy of being "customer-centric." For us, safe production is of the greatest value. Today, we would like to share with you the protection mechanisms of our products.
First, our cart bodies are constructed from high-strength Q235 steel, which offers excellent deformation resistance and provides a solid foundation for transporting heavy materials. Secondly, our transfer carts feature a low center of gravity and an anti-rollover design, ensuring even distribution of load pressure. Some models are equipped with a balance beam to adjust wheel height on uneven surfaces, ensuring smooth transport and preventing rollover risks.
In addition to standard emergency braking, our electric transfer carts are equipped with audible and visual alarms to alert nearby personnel that the cart is in operation and remind them to maintain a safe distance. Overload protection is also a key feature: it monitors the load weight in real time during operation and issues an alarm to alert the operator if an overload occurs, effectively ensuring smooth operation and extending the equipment's service life.
Infrared person-detection stop systems and sector-scan radars can be flexibly configured depending on the vehicle model. The person-detection stop system is commonly used in rail transfer carts. It scans the area ahead in a straight line, and when an obstacle or pedestrian enters the unsafe distance range, the cart stops; it resumes operation once the area is clear. The sector-scan radar, on the other hand, monitors the surrounding environment in real time, scanning for obstacles in an arc-shaped area. It is widely used in trackless transfer cart configurations.
We sincerely remind all customers, whether they are using our material transfer carts or not, to always follow safety regulations and avoid overloading or speeding. Cultivating good operating habits not only prolongs the equipment's service life but also protects your personal safety. Safe production and safe operation are no trivial matters; we must always keep them in mind to protect our own personal safety!
